Presenter:  Jeff Dols

Jeff Dols is a facilitator and workshop presenter. Jeff is available for presentations on Franciscan Spirituality, Leadership and Workplace Spirituality, as well as business engagements in Strategic Planning, Organizational Design, and Leadership Development.

Jeff has a gift for integration, and he has been able to negotiate the often divergent paths of the modern corporation and the footsteps of Christ. He draws upon his experience as a leader and mentor to help others in business seek the inner transformation that leads to a life of integrity.

Jeff joined the Franciscan Spirituality Center as Director in July 2011 following a long corporate career. Before joining the FSC, Jeff spent the past 13 years at Wells Fargo in Minneapolis, serving as strategic planning manager. In parallel with his corporate career, he has been a spiritual seeker, and his journey has included a year of spiritual direction formation at Christos Center in Lino Lakes, MN, and a masters degree in Servant Leadership from Viterbo University. The Franciscan call also led Jeff to become a covenant affiliate and prayer partner of the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration.  His spiritual journey has been chronicled in his book of reflections: One in Spirit.

Jeff’s hobbies include baseball, hiking, camping, walking meditation, and reflecting near “big water.” He splits his free time between La Crosse and the Twin Cities, where his wife Maria resides. There they have raised two daughters:  Rachel, a graduate student at St. Catherine University, and Angela, currently attending the College of St. Benedict.
