Series: Mindfulness Practices for Stress Reduction - May
Life seems to move too quickly at times, and we become overwhelmed in mind and body. This group is open to anyone wanting to reduce stress through mindfulness practices. Meetings are the third Tuesday of the month, and you are welcome to attend any or all sessions as your schedule permits. Each gathering will start with background information, move to practicing and conclude with a short reflective discussion.

Greg Lovell is a behavioral interventionist at Holmen Middle School. He has studied mindfulness, emotion management and how the human brain works for more than a decade.
