The Franciscan Spirituality Center welcomes people from all walks of life and spiritual paths to come together to learn more about themselves, God and how to practice spiritual principles to foster spiritual wholeness and meaning in their lives. What are Spiritual Living Programs?

All of the Spiritual Living programs at the Franciscan Spirituality Center are open to everyone at any time and don't require registration (except The Sound of Bowls); simply stop by the front desk to check in with the receptionist.

These programs are ideal for people who are searching for community fellowship and support. Freewill offerings are appreciated.
Centering Prayer meets every Tuesday evening from 5:30-6:15 p.m. We provide the opportunity to experience prayerful silence in community with others.
Conversations That Matter provides the opportunity to dialogue with other men on issues that matter in men's lives. Meetings alternate between Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7-9 p.m. To see whether the group meets your needs, call Vince at 608-386-7551. Suggested offering: $5.
Saturday Morning Men's Group enjoys coffee and muffins while discussing a current book related to spirituality. Meets on the third Saturday of the month from 9-11 a.m. Call Vince at 608-386-7551 for information about the book. Suggested offering: $7.
Depressed Anonymous is a 12-step group where people dealing with depression can generate positive energies, form friendships and find support. Meets every Monday throughout the year from 5:30-6:30 p.m. 
Drumming Circle meets the second Thursday of the month from 5:30-6:30 p.m. This group explores drumming as a form of prayer. Interspersed with drumming, we share stories and reflections. Bring your favorite drum. Freewill offering accepted.

Richard Rohr Discussion Group meets the second Monday of the month from 5:30-7 p.m. This self-facilitated group explores Richard Rohr's teachings on Franciscan spirituality, using his books and other media offerings. Call Jane Finucane at 608-791-5295 or email jfinucane@fspa.org for more information.

Enneagram Study Group is a discussion group is for anyone who is interested in using the Enneagram to explore their spiritual life and relationships with family, friends and co-workers.  Meetings are the second Wednesday of the month from 5:30-7 p.m. For more information, please contact Jane Finucane at jfinucane@fspa.org or call the FSC office at 608-791-5295.

The Sound of Bowls meets the second Tuesday of the month, from 5:30-6:30 pm. Traditional historic Tibetan singing bowls produce sounds that invoke deep states of relaxation, naturally assisting one in entering expanded states of consciousness and meditation. You are invited to wear comfortable clothes, as you may sit or lie on the floor as is comfortable. Freewill offerings appreciated. Space is limited for this program; please call ahead to ensure your spot.

Imago Dei  Women's Group supports female survivors of sexual abuse and assault in their quest for healing and wholeness. This is not professional therapy or counseling but rather a safe place to experience compassionate, nonjudgmental listening. Meets 7-8:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month for support and conversation.

Divorce Recovery is a monthly gathering that offers support and healing for the wounds of separation and divorce (no matter how recent.) Meets on the third Thursday of the month from 5:30-7 p.m.

April 16: How do I forgive?

May 21: How will I live my new life?
