Pollinator Garden
Help us plant a pollinator garden
As we live more fully into our Franciscan roots and care for creation, we are thrilled to announce that the FSC soon will have a pollinator garden! It will be located at the front of our building surrounding the FSC sign and will consist of native plants.
Our vision is that this will be a space of beauty as we honor St. Francis of Assisi's legacy of radical, spiritual reverence for nature.
There are two ways for you to partner with us on this project:
1. Volunteer Planting Days
Please stay tuned for announcements on when those days will happen. We anticipate late summer or early fall. Please contact the FSC at fscenter@fspa.org if you’d like to be notified directly about planting days.
2. Adopt-a-Plant
Our goal is to have approximately 400 native plants, and each plant costs about $5. If you’d like to contribute, you can drop off or mail a check to 920 Market St., La Crosse, WI 54610 or use our text-to-give option (text GARDEN to 608-292-2999 or scan the QR code below). Your gift is greatly appreciated!
